1. About us

BoostReach Marketing Solutions Inc. (operating as BoostReach, and referred to in this policy as "BoostReach", "we", "us" or "our") is a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act on 28 July 2026, corporation number 1812346-2.

Registered office: 518-395 Dundas Street West, Oakville, Ontario L6M 5R8, Canada.

Website: boostreach.net  ·  Email: hello@boostreach.net  ·  Phone: (289) 242-6276

We design, build, host and look after websites for trades and home-service businesses in Canada and the United States. The websites we build can include a web chat and quote request features that pass enquiries to the business.

2. Scope of this policy

This policy applies to:

  • the website at boostreach.net, including its web chat;
  • the sample and preview websites we operate on subdomains of boostreach.net;
  • our sales, onboarding, billing and support communications; and
  • the websites we build and host for our clients, to the extent we handle information on their behalf.

It does not apply to any third-party website, platform or service that we link to or integrate with. Those are governed by their own privacy policies.

3. Whose information we handle, and our role

We handle personal information relating to four groups of people. Our responsibility differs depending on the group.

GroupWho they areOur role
ClientsBusinesses that buy a website or care plan from us, and the people who represent them (owners, managers, staff).We are the organization responsible for this information.
Client Website VisitorsPeople who use a website we host for a client, for example a homeowner who sends a quote request or uses the chat on a plumber's website.We act as a service provider, handling this information on the client's behalf and under the client's instructions.
VisitorsPeople who visit boostreach.net or our sample websites, or who use our web chat or ask us for a free preview.We are the organization responsible for this information.
ProspectsBusinesses we contact about our services, using business contact information they have published themselves.We are the organization responsible for this information.

Important: enquiries sent through our clients' websites

When someone sends an enquiry through a website we host for a client, we pass it to that client. The client decides how the enquiry is used and responded to, and the client's own privacy policy governs it.

We do not use this information for our own marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not combine it across clients. If you sent an enquiry to a business and want to access, correct or delete your information, please contact that business directly. If you contact us, we will pass your request to them.

Our sample websites

The sample websites shown on our Our Work page are designs for made-up businesses. Their business names, reviews, phone numbers and other details are not real. Anything you type into the chat on a sample website is received by BoostReach, not by the business shown, and is used only to reply to you if you have asked us to, and otherwise deleted.

4. Information we collect

4.1 Information we collect from clients

When a business asks for a free preview or becomes a client, we may collect:

  • legal business name and trading name;
  • owner or primary contact name, business email address and business phone number;
  • business address, service area and business hours;
  • trades and services offered, licences, insurance and years in business, as you choose to share them;
  • your logo, photos, written content and any reviews you ask us to display;
  • your existing website address, domain and hosting details, and Google Business Profile details where you give us access; and
  • billing contact details and payment history.

Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processors. BoostReach never receives or stores full payment card numbers. We receive only a confirmation of payment and, where provided, the card type and its last four digits.

4.2 Information we collect from website visitors

  • Information you give us through our web chat, typically your first name, business name, phone number, current website address, email address if you choose to give it, and what you are looking for.
  • Technical information recorded automatically by our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested and the time of the request. We use this to keep the site running and secure.
  • Browser storage, as described in section 7.

4.3 Information we collect about prospects

We find businesses that may benefit from our services using information they have published themselves: their own websites, public business directories and public Google Business Profile listings. We collect only:

  • business name, business address and service area;
  • the business email address, business telephone number and website the business has published; and
  • publicly visible listing information, such as trade category, review count and rating.

We collect business contact information only. We do not buy lists, and we do not use personal mobile numbers or personal email addresses for outreach. We do not send marketing text messages.

Any business can ask to stop hearing from us at any time by telling us on a call, emailing hello@boostreach.net, or using the unsubscribe link in any email we send. We keep a permanent do-not-contact record so the request is honoured across email and phone.

4.4 Information we handle on behalf of clients

When we host a client's website, the website may collect information from that client's customers, such as the name, phone number, email address and job details someone enters in a chat or quote request. We pass these enquiries to the client and keep them only as needed to run the service. Our hosting provider also records technical information about visits, as described in 4.2.

5. Why we use personal information

PurposeWhat this involves
Providing our servicesPreparing free previews, designing and building websites, publishing and hosting them, making updates, and passing enquiries from client websites to the client.
Project and service communicationsReplying to enquiries, discussing your website, sending previews and drafts for approval, service notices and support replies.
Billing and paymentsIssuing quotes, invoices and receipts, processing payments for builds and care plans, and keeping financial records.
Marketing to businessesContacting prospects by phone or email about our services, and telling clients about new services, in line with applicable anti-spam and telemarketing rules.
Improving our servicesUnderstanding, in general terms, how our website and the websites we build are used, so we can improve them.
Security and fraud preventionProtecting our systems, our hosting accounts and our clients' websites from misuse.
Legal and regulatoryMeeting our obligations under tax, corporate, anti-spam and privacy law, and establishing or defending legal claims.

6. Email, phone and text communications

We send commercial email in line with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) and, where it applies, the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act. Every commercial email we send identifies BoostReach, gives our postal address and contact details, and includes a working unsubscribe link that we honour promptly and at no cost.

Where we email a business at an address it has published on its own website without saying it does not want unsolicited messages, we rely on the conspicuous publication provision of CASL. Otherwise we rely on express or implied consent.

We may phone businesses at the business number they have published. We keep an internal do-not-call list and honour any request to stop calling straight away.

We do not send marketing text messages. We may call, text or email you about your own request or project if you have asked us to contact you, for example through our chat. You can ask us to stop at any time.

Service emails, such as quotes, invoices, receipts, previews for approval and support replies, are part of the service and are not affected by marketing unsubscribes.

7. Cookies and browser storage

boostreach.net does not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow advertising networks to track visitors on our site.

  • Browser storage: our chat uses your browser's session storage to remember, during your visit, whether you have closed its pop-up or already sent your details. This is cleared when you close your browser.
  • Fonts: our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google, as it does with most websites.
  • Hosting logs: our hosting provider records basic technical information about each visit, as described in section 4.2.

If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so. Websites we build for clients may use different tools, which will be described in the client's own privacy policy.

8. When we disclose personal information

We do not sell personal information, and we have never done so. We disclose it only in the circumstances below.

BoostReach is a Canadian company, but several of our providers are located outside Canada, mainly in the United States and the European Union. Personal information we handle may therefore be stored or processed outside Canada.

Our team is located in Canada and in India, and authorized team members in both countries may access personal information to run our business and support our clients.

11. How we protect information

We use safeguards suited to the sensitivity of the information we hold, including access controls, multi-factor authentication on our administrative accounts, secure (HTTPS) connections on every website we host, limiting access to the people who need it, and choosing reputable providers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach of security safeguards involving personal information creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as required by law, and will tell any affected client without undue delay.

12. Your rights and choices

Subject to legal limits, you may ask us to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you, and tell you how it has been used and to whom it has been disclosed;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete information we are not required to keep; and
  • stop marketing emails or calls at any time.

To make a request, email hello@boostreach.net. We will respond within thirty (30) days. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will tell you if we cannot fully meet a request and why.

12.1 If you sent an enquiry through a client's website

Please contact the business you sent it to. They decide what happens to your information. If you contact us, we will pass your request to them and help them respond.

12.2 If you are a California resident

California law gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you and how it is used and disclosed, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. BoostReach does not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. To exercise them, email hello@boostreach.net.

13. Children

Our services are sold to businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of majority where they live. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email hello@boostreach.net and we will delete it.

14. Links to other websites

Our website and emails may link to websites we do not control, including our clients' websites and Google Business Profile listings. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make a material change, we will email our clients at least thirty (30) days before it takes effect and post the updated policy at boostreach.net.
